- system implementation services - one-time
- system usage service - which includes the use of SAP Business ByDesign software, the entire infrastructure and maintenance of all system components for the appropriate number of users - monthly subscription for the entire duration of the contract
The price of implementation depends on the scope of the solution, ie the number of implemented modules, and the price of the monthly subscription of the solution depends on the number of users, ie user licenses. As with functionality, the price of SAP Business ByDesign is tailored to the needs and capabilities of medium and small businesses.
The basic SAP Business ByDesign package contains complete software with all modules and functionalities and 5 licenses for system users (2 Advanced and 3 Core).
License
SAP Business ByDesign has 3 types of user licenses
Advanced user
can use all functionalities, has the right to administer the system (access and configuration changes, manage access rights of other users)
Core user
can use all functionalities, has no right to administer the system
Self-service user
can use basic functionalities (download service orders, time and attendance records, travel expenses reporting, etc.)
One license is required for each user registered on the system.
The purchase of additional licenses has no restrictions on the number and type, and can be realized at any time during the contractual relationship.
The number of additional licenses may be increased by one or more licenses at any time during the contractual relationship.
