All projects are important, but some of them have specific requirements and deserve to be emphasized:
INA RAFINERY RIJEKA
The first SAP project in Croatia. FI and CO modules were implemented.
The biggest Croatia cement factory. The project was finished in record time – 100 working days. 17 consultants worked on the project. FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), MM (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules were implemented.
The largest food producer and second largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in Croatia. The biggest business-IT project in Croatia with more than 500 end users, 12 companies abroad, 6 legal entities, 52 locations, 4 different industries. Bing Bang approach was used and almost all FI and CO, as well as HR modules were used.
“STATE TREASURY SYSTEM” PROJECT – MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
is the key project in public sector informatization of the Republic of Croatia.
2002-2003. the first project based on business intelligence system was run in the state administration.
The project covers various industries: tobacco, paper, wholesale, tourism and hospitality.
SAP solution implementation into this Oman company owned by Crosco from Zagreb is the first completely remotely controlled implementation project.
SAP solution implementation project includes the usage of mySAP Business Suite solution, as well as IS_DIMP solution (industry solution for discrete and mill production) that will completely improve specific industry practice in Elka (cable production).
This project includes the implementation of SAP R/3 Retail Industry Solution – an industry solution for retail and wholesale, that will enable Getro to improve the efficiency of the management and increase customer satisfaction.
Bosnia & Herzegovina
CEMENT FACTORY KAKANJ
The first implementation project of SAP system in Bosnia and Herzegovina includes the creation of Bosnian version of SAP R/3 system. b4b was chosen for the project in direct competition with international consulting firms.
The first SAP project in Bosnia and Herzegovina for a company in domestic ownership. In strong international competition, BH Telecom recognized b4b as a qualitative partner in the telecommunication field based on b4b experience in implementation projects in Croatian Telecom.
The leading company in the field of mobile telephony in the area of Herzegovina and one of the leading companies in B&H decided to introduce SAP system because of the competition in the B&H market. The project was finalised in the first quarter of 2004.
Today Eronet has about 130000 users and is one of three mobile operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Bosnalijek set further development of broad and competitive product assortment as their long-term goal within their own development strategy. The introduction of an integrated business solution will help this company to position themselves on a global market and confirm their strategic direction towards product quality and satisfaction of end users needs.
Serbia and Montenegro
MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MONTENEGRO
The contract on the implementation of SAP system into the State Treasury of the Republic of Montenegro was signed with the European Agency for Reconstruction. The implementation of SAP system will enable the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Montenegro to spend state budget and communicate with European and global financial institutions more efficiently
