Quality Management Policy

As a result of activities regarding the realization of the quality management system implementation project, b4b management has made the following quality policy:

  1. A strategic orientation of b4b d.o.o. company is a continuous meeting of the needs and expectations of customers through effective application of quality management system made on the basic principles of modern management and according to ISO 9001:2015 norm.
  2. Continual improvement through a systematic approach in defining possibilities for improvement and action definition is a way of conduct and a part of organizational culture of b4b d.o.o. company.
  3. We aim to become a reliable partner to our clients in developing and applying integrated IT systems that will help in increasing their competitiveness in compliance with applicable legal and other regulations.
  4. Through systematic approach to management we would like to create an environment that will provide full participation to our employees and create an atmosphere for recognizing and awarding their contribution towards achieving the goals of the company.
  5. We will achieve our goals first of all through a continuous increase of our employees’ competence and by ensuring other necessary resources for an effective delivery of our products and services.
  6. Quality policy obligates all b4b employees to apply its principles in their business activities.

With this quality policy, b4b management would like to stress its orientation for meeting b4b customer, i.e. service user, requirements, as well as for a continuous improvement of own management system with the aim of the realization of permanent benefits both for b4b customers, as well as employees.
